NTHP focuses on healing trauma and bringing both large or small to resolution.
Here, trauma refers to any negative experience or belief (old or new) that we keep re-experiencing in the recesses of our mind. A trauma is an event(s) too difficult or too overwhelming that our brain cannot process it and file it properly and it continues to loop in the nervous system.
The affects of which can be seen manifesting in life as any negative pattern or dis - ease. Pain, destructive behaviours and negative patterns most often stem from this negative energy that is stored in the body.

NTHP is based on inner compassionate connection and is a person centred modality. It is designed exactly for you, because it comes from within you.You move through the work at the pace that is comfortable to you and you are always in control. You will make safe, direct contact with your sub-conscious mind for the purpose of healing at the root source of your problems. You will also access the higher knowing within you that remembers the truth of your being and holds the information and direction for your healing.
As a facilitator, I take you through a series of alternate handwriting, guided meditations and some Right brain/ Left brain exercises that will help you to tap into your own personal wisdom within you to not only release the negative energies, but to understand what is needed to heal, thrive and soar.
Symptoms of trauma show up in your everyday life. They show up as pain, negative patterns, chronic conditions and addictions. We all have these to some degree, but if they are preventing you from living a full, happy life; a life of true authenticity, then you have something stuck looping in your nervous system unprocessed.
Sessions are process driven so can go anywhere from 90 - 120 minutes. I will take you through alternate handwriting, guided meditation and R brain/ L brain exercises. You will reach the place within you that holds your most powerful core beliefs about who you are and your place in the world. You will come to understand the root cause of the false beliefs or chronic condition and how they came to be a driving force in your life. You will also access the higher knowing within you that remembers the truth of your being and holds the information and direction for your healing.
I provide you with a natural, gentle space and guide you to a safe opening to your sub-conscious mind. I guide you through the alternate handwriting work and take you through guided meditations. I will help you to see past your filters; help you to say the things and do the things you do not know how to. I hold you accountable and help you show up for yourself. Ultimately I am your teacher - working toward you taking the work over for yourself
NTHP is not a quick fix, but neither is it a coping skill or a technique to overcome. Some move quickly through the work and for others it can take a longer time. Sometimes a person is dealing with great deal of resistance that comes from a place of fear. So we say it takes the time it takes! It is the first step in showing yourself compassion to allow whatever time is necessary to create a the safety and relationship necessary to bring you out of that fear.
We have found the best results come from immersion work. That is 2 to 3 sessions per week. A wonderful momentum is built up and the process flows smoothly, a safe environment is sustained and there is little resistance to the Right/ Left Brain exercises we do. Once a week is frustrating for both you and the facilitator, because if too much time passes between sessions, a resistance to the process is built up again and it feels as if you are starting from square one each time. Good question! This work is not suitable for everyone as it is abstract work and you must be open-minded. I suggest you utilize the Introductory Session offer. It is a full session approximately 120 minutes in which you will be able to experience the process fully and get a sense of its profound nature. After only the second session, my headaches drastically reduced. I am no longer popping pain pills and am sleeping without the aid of them.
